We wanted to eat at a Georgian restaurant in Paris and found Saperavi. It didn't disappoint. It's a small restaurant with a personal owner who serves you personally and recommends wines and dishes, making you feel welcome. We tried amber wines for the first time and weren't disappointed! The khachapkri were delicious, and we recommend trying the khinkali—it's simply superb. We really enjoyed the Georgian salad and eggplant.
